Fresh Pasta
Prepare fresh pasta using flour, eggs, and olive oil, kneading and rolling the dough before cutting into desired shapes.

Instructions
- Place the flour on a clean surface and make a well in the center.
- Crack the eggs into the well, add olive oil and salt.
- Using a fork, gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into four pieces and roll each piece out using a pasta machine or rolling pin to desired thickness.
- Cut the rolled dough into desired pasta shapes such as fettuccine or tagliatelle.
- Dust the pasta with flour to prevent sticking and let it dry slightly before cooking.
