Shrimp scampi
Shrimp scampi is a quick-cooked dish with shrimp, garlic, butter, and lemon juice served over pasta.

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, bring to a simmer, and let it reduce by half.
- Add the remaining butter, lemon zest, and chopped parsley to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed, then serve immediately.

- Thaw shrimp if frozen.
