Bruschetta ai Funghi
Bruschetta ai Funghi is prepared by sautéing mushrooms with garlic and herbs, then served on toasted bread with a touch of parmesan.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each side with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender and golden.
- Add thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper to the mushrooms and stir well.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted.
- Spread a small amount of butter on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each slice with the mushroom mixture and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately while warm.
