Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the branzino on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and thyme.
  6. Pour white wine around the fish on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
