Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the branzino on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with sea salt and black pepper.
- Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and thyme.
- Pour white wine around the fish on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
