Calamari & Shrimp Fritto
Calamari and shrimp fritto involves coating seafood in seasoned flour and frying until golden. Serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C.
- Coat calamari rings and shrimp in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Fry the seafood in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the dipping sauce.
- Serve the fried calamari and shrimp with lemon wedges, dipping sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.
