Beef Ravioli with Marinara Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the pasta dough by mixing flour, eggs, and olive oil until smooth. Knead for 10 minutes, wrap in plastic, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix cooked beef with ricotta, parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Set aside to cool.
- Roll out pasta dough into thin sheets. Place small spoonfuls of beef filling on one sheet, cover with another sheet, and cut into ravioli shapes.
- For marinara sauce, heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and basil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Boil ravioli in salted water for 3-4 minutes until they float. Drain and serve with marinara sauce.
