Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta dough by mixing flour, eggs, and olive oil until smooth. Knead for 10 minutes, wrap in plastic, and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix cooked beef with ricotta, parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Set aside to cool.
  4. Roll out pasta dough into thin sheets. Place small spoonfuls of beef filling on one sheet, cover with another sheet, and cut into ravioli shapes.
  5. For marinara sauce, heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and basil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Boil ravioli in salted water for 3-4 minutes until they float. Drain and serve with marinara sauce.
