Salmon, rice, broccoli
Oven-baked salmon with steamed broccoli and fluffy rice, seasoned with herbs and spices.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped dill.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice and a pinch of salt.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
- Steam the broccoli florets for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still bright green.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and drizzle over the steamed broccoli before serving.
- Serve the baked salmon with the steamed broccoli and fluffy rice.

- Thaw salmon fillets in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
