Lobster & shrimp butter pasta
Prepare a rich pasta dish with lobster and shrimp in a butter sauce, using fresh seafood and whole milk dairy products.

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped shallots, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the lobster pieces and shrimp to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and the lobster is opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add lemon zest and juice to the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Return the cooked lobster and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat with the sauce.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
