Chicken Parmesan
Breaded chicken breasts are fried, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella, then baked until cheese is melted.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip floured chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Place fried chicken in a baking dish, top each with marinara sauce and mozzarella slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
