Gnocchi Bake in Tomato Sauce
Prepare a baked gnocchi dish with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil using a simple oven-baking method.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the tomato sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer the gnocchi and sauce mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the gnocchi.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
