Gorgonzola Stromboli

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 30x40 cm.
- Spread the crumbled gorgonzola cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 2 cm border.
- Layer the prosciutto slices over the cheese.
- Scatter the spinach and minced garlic evenly over the prosciutto.
- Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the filling.
- Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
