Home made ravioli
Koobideh kabob is a Persian dish made by grilling seasoned ground beef and lamb on skewers over an open flame.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined and sticky.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the meat mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it adheres well.
- Grill the skewers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Brush the cooked kabobs with melted butter for added flavor.
- Sprinkle sumac over the kabobs and serve with flatbread.
Prep
- Refrigerate the meat mixture for at least 1 hour before grilling.
