Jerk Rasta Pasta (Chicken or Vegan)
Prepare Jerk Rasta Pasta with jerk seasoning, bell peppers, and creamy sauce, served with chicken or vegan option.

| Penne Pasta | 400 | Grams |

Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips with jerk seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in coconut milk and heavy cream, stir well. Add thyme, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
