Panna cotta
Panna cotta is a chilled Italian dessert made by simmering cream, milk, and sugar, then setting it with gelatin.

Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Add vanilla bean seeds and pod.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and discard the vanilla pod. Stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds or serving glasses. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries.
Prep
- Bloom gelatin in cold water 5 minutes before starting the recipe.
