Prepare a classic homemade pizza with a yeast-based dough, topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your choice of toppings.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal parts.
- Roll out each dough portion on a floured surface to form a pizza base.
- Spread tomato sauce over the pizza bases, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices, bell pepper, and mushrooms as desired.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve.
