Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to ensure it stays in place.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
