Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to ensure it stays in place.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
