Strawberry in Balsamic Vinegar
Strawberries marinated in balsamic vinegar, sugar, and black pepper, served chilled.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the halved strawberries to the bowl and gently toss to coat them evenly with the balsamic mixture.
- Sprinkle the freshly ground black pepper over the strawberries and mix gently.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve chilled.
