Stuffed Mushrooms

Prepare stuffed mushrooms with a savory filling of cheese, breadcrumbs, and herbs, baked until golden.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing gently to pack the filling.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
