Tuscan Chicken

Prepare Tuscan Chicken by searing chicken breasts and simmering them in a creamy sauce with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs.

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sear chicken breasts in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  7. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  8. Add baby spinach and cook until wilted.
  9. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Simmer for 5 minutes to heat through.
  10. Serve the Tuscan Chicken hot, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
