Tuscan Chicken
Prepare Tuscan Chicken by searing chicken breasts and simmering them in a creamy sauce with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear chicken breasts in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and add grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add baby spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Simmer for 5 minutes to heat through.
- Serve the Tuscan Chicken hot, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
