Poke bowls
Poke bowls are prepared by marinating fresh fish and serving it over rice with vegetables and sauces.

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the cubed tuna and mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the tuna is marinating, season the cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar and mix gently.
- Divide the seasoned rice among five bowls.
- Top each bowl with marinated tuna, sliced avocado, cucumber, seaweed salad, and green onions.
- Garnish with pickled ginger and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Drizzle sriracha sauce over the top before serving.
Prep
- Thaw sushi grade tuna if frozen.
- Cook sushi rice and let it cool.
