Shogayaki
Shogayaki is a Japanese dish made by marinating and pan-frying thinly sliced pork with ginger and soy sauce.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix grated ginger, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced pork loin to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated pork slices to the pan in batches, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the cooked pork from the pan and set aside. Repeat with remaining pork.
- Once all pork is cooked, pour any remaining marinade into the pan and bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Return the cooked pork to the pan, toss to coat with the sauce, and heat through.
- Serve the Shogayaki hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
