Tonkatsu
Tonkatsu is a Japanese dish of breaded and deep-fried pork cutlets served with shredded cabbage and a tangy sauce.

Instructions
- Season the pork loin pieces with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Dredge each piece of pork in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the floured pork pieces into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Coat the egg-dipped pork pieces with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 170°C (340°F).
- Fry the breaded pork pieces in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the pork from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Slice the fried pork cutlets into strips and serve with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
