Yakisoba

Stir-fried yakisoba with pork, vegetables, and noodles in a savory sauce.

Yakisoba Sauce (store-bought or homemade)200Milliliters
Vegetable Oil (for frying)3Tbsp
Ginger (grated)1Inch
Garlic (minced)3Clove
Green Onions (chopped)3Stalk
Sesame Seeds (toasted)2Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced pork loin and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add the cabbage, carrot, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil and the yakisoba noodles to the skillet. Stir-fry until the noodles are heated through.
  6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the yakisoba sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
