Yakisoba
Stir-fried yakisoba with pork, vegetables, and noodles in a savory sauce.

| Yakisoba Sauce (store-bought or homemade) | 200 | Milliliters |

| Garlic (minced) | 3 | Clove |
| Green Onions (chopped) | 3 | Stalk |
| Sesame Seeds (toasted) | 2 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork loin and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage, carrot, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of oil and the yakisoba noodles to the skillet. Stir-fry until the noodles are heated through.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the yakisoba sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
