Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Season the beef cutlets with salt and black pepper.
- Dip each cutlet into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the breaded cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
- Place the fried cutlets on a baking sheet.
- Top each cutlet with a layer of tomato sauce, a slice of ham, and slices of mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with a side of your choice.
