Prepare ground chicken or turkey bowls with sautéed vegetables and rice, seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground chicken to the skillet, cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add diced red bell pepper, julienned carrots, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and chicken broth, stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over cooked brown rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

  • Thaw ground chicken in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
