Prepare ground chicken or turkey bowls with sautéed vegetables and rice, seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet, cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add diced red bell pepper, julienned carrots, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and chicken broth, stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over cooked brown rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

- Thaw ground chicken in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
