Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Place the branzino on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Stuff the cavity of the branzino with lemon and orange slices, rosemary, thyme, and half of the minced garlic.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and black pepper.
- Scatter remaining lemon and orange slices around the fish on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
