Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the branzino on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Stuff the cavity of the branzino with lemon and orange slices, rosemary, thyme, and half of the minced garlic.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Scatter remaining lemon and orange slices around the fish on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
