Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well to coat the apples evenly.
- Transfer the apple mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- In another bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar for the crumble topping.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
