Afghan kabob
Afghan kabob is prepared by marinating and grilling spiced ground beef skewers, served with naan or rice.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Add plain yogurt, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, and chopped mint to the beef mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Shape the marinated beef mixture into long, thin kebabs around metal skewers.
- Brush the kebabs with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Serve the Afghan kabobs hot with naan or rice.
Prep
- Marinate the beef mixture for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
