Baked Salmon and Zucchini

Baked salmon and zucchini with lemon and herbs, prepared in the oven for a healthy meal.

Olive Oil (extra virgin)3Tbsp
Garlic (minced)3Clove

Black Pepper (freshly ground, to taste)1Tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the zucchini slices around the salmon on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and zucchini.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and black pepper over the salmon and zucchini.
  6. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.
