Beyond Sausage and Vegetable Skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Add Beyond Sausage pieces, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
  4. Thread the marinated Beyond Sausage and vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between sausage and vegetables.
  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is heated through.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.

Prep

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
