Beyond Sausage and Vegetable Skewers
Grilled skewers with Beyond Sausage and assorted vegetables, seasoned and cooked over a grill.

| Wooden Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes) | 10 | Count |
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add Beyond Sausage pieces, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
- Thread the marinated Beyond Sausage and vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between sausage and vegetables.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is heated through.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
