Birria
Baked pasta with ground beef, tomato sauce, and cheese, prepared by layering and baking in the oven.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and chopped basil, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, half of the meat sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
