Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth, gradually adding cold water to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish before serving.
