Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, gradually adding cold water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish before serving.
