Orzo with Spinach and Feta
Cook orzo with sautéed spinach and mix with crumbled feta cheese for a simple and flavorful dish.

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the orzo to the boiling broth and cook for about 8-10 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- While the orzo is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the cooked orzo and add it to the skillet with the spinach.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Mix everything well and serve warm.
