Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread the shrimp mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
