Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 2.5 centimeters in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving.
