Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 2.5 centimeters in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving.
