Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh is a fresh salad made by mixing bulgur, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and onions with olive oil and lemon juice.

Instructions
- Place the bulgur in a large bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Cover and let it soak for 20 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- Fluff the soaked bulgur with a fork and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions.
- Add the cooled bulgur to the vegetable mixture and mix well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the bulgur and vegetable mixture and toss to combine thoroughly.
- Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Prep
- Soak bulgur in boiling water for 20 minutes before starting the preparation.
