Turkey Egg Scramble
A protein-rich scramble using ground turkey, eggs, and vegetables, cooked together for a nutritious meal.

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the turkey and vegetables in the skillet.
- Add chopped spinach to the skillet and gently stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are fully set, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the scramble and allow it to melt before serving.
Prep
- Thaw ground turkey in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
