Turkey Egg Scramble

A protein-rich scramble using ground turkey, eggs, and vegetables, cooked together for a nutritious meal.

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the turkey and vegetables in the skillet.
  6. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and gently stir to combine all ingredients.
  7. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are fully set, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the scramble and allow it to melt before serving.

  • Thaw ground turkey in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
