Tzatziki
Tzatziki is a Greek dip made by combining grated cucumber, garlic, and herbs with yogurt.

Instructions
- Place the grated cucumber in a clean cloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, and chopped mint.
- Add the squeezed cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a dip or sauce.
