Tzatziki

Tzatziki is a Greek dip made by combining grated cucumber, garlic, and herbs with yogurt.

Instructions

  1. Place the grated cucumber in a clean cloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, and chopped mint.
  3. Add the squeezed cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled as a dip or sauce.
