Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, eggs, whole milk, and bread crumbs.
  3. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice to make the glaze.
  6. Pour the glaze over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius.
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
