Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, eggs, whole milk, and bread crumbs.
- Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice to make the glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
