Beef Enchiladas
Prepare beef enchiladas by filling tortillas with seasoned beef, cheese, and sauce, then bake until heated through.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with a portion of the beef mixture and some shredded cheese. Roll up and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with sour cream.
Prep
- Thaw ground beef in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
