Chicken Fajitas with Black Beans

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add drained black beans to the skillet with vegetables, stir to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, mix everything together, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Serve chicken and vegetable mixture in tortillas, topped with sour cream and chopped cilantro.
