Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add julienned carrots, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked chow mein noodles to the wok.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything to combine well.
- Add bean sprouts and chopped green onions, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve hot.

- Thaw chicken breast if frozen.
