Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add julienned carrots, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add cooked chow mein noodles to the wok.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything to combine well.
  7. Add bean sprouts and chopped green onions, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  8. Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve hot.
