Carlota is a no-bake dessert made with layers of Maria cookies and a creamy lime mixture, chilled until set.

Instructions
- In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until well combined.
- In a rectangular dish, spread a thin layer of the lime mixture on the bottom.
- Place a layer of Maria cookies over the lime mixture, breaking them as needed to fit.
- Spread a layer of the lime mixture over the cookies, ensuring they are completely covered.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the lime mixture on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with additional lime zest if desired.
