Bbq Chicken
Grill marinated chicken with homemade barbecue sauce for a flavorful meal.

| Garlic | 3 | Clove |
| Paprika | 2 | Tsp |

| Black Pepper | 1 | Tsp |
| Lemon Juice | 2 | Tbsp |
| Honey | 2 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and honey to create a marinade.
- Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken.
- Refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
- Brush barbecue sauce on the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling, turning occasionally to avoid burning.
- Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Prep
- Thaw chicken thighs if frozen.
- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
