Carne Asada
Grilled marinated beef steak served with lime and cilantro, prepared by marinating and grilling the meat to perfection.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeno, black pepper, cumin, and salt to create the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it come to room temperature.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches the desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain and serve with additional lime wedges and chopped cilantro if desired.
Prep
- Marinate the steak for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
