Cheese Quesadillas
Prepare cheese quesadillas using tortillas and a blend of cheeses, cooked on a skillet until golden and melted.

Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla, buttered side down, onto the skillet.
- Sprinkle a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Add sliced jalapenos, chopped green onions, and cilantro on top of the cheese.
- Place another tortilla on top, buttered side up.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before cutting into wedges.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
