Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions, then mix in lime juice, lime zest, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Season chicken with cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  6. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  7. Assemble the burritos by layering cilantro lime rice, chicken strips, black beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, diced red onion, and diced bell pepper on each tortilla.
