Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions, then mix in lime juice, lime zest, and chopped cilantro.
- Season chicken with cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
