Grilled corn on the cob topped with mayonnaise, cheese, lime, and chili powder.

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the corn with melted butter and season with salt.
- Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
- Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over each ear of corn.
- Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese generously over the mayonnaise-coated corn.
- Sprinkle chili powder over the cheese to taste.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the corn.
