Filipino Lumpia
Filipino Lumpia is a savory spring roll filled with seasoned ground pork and vegetables, wrapped in thin pastry and deep-fried until crispy.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, grated carrot, shredded cabbage, chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture near one corner of the wrapper.
- Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Brush the end with beaten egg to seal the roll. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add lumpia in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per batch.
- Remove lumpia from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
