Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the salmon fillets for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, minced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, and lime juice to make pico de gallo.
- Serve the grilled salmon topped with fresh pico de gallo.
